Paragon Apartments, Christchurch
Metalcraft is proud to have been the main metalwork contractor on the landmark Paragon Apartments development in central Christchurch. This high-profile project required a wide range of custom fabrication and detailed finishing to achieve its architectural vision. Our scope included the custombuilt letterbox system, a brass street name and building number feature, stainless steel stair treads and centre panels, stainless steel handrails, internal flashings, and external gates with bespoke fence panels.
Every element was designed and fabricated to combine functionality with a refined, high-quality finish that complements the building’s striking contemporary architecture. Projects like this highlight our ability to manage multiple specialist components, collaborate closely with architects and contractors, and deliver metalwork that enhances both the practicality and prestige of a development.
Awley Development, Christchurch
Metalcraft was the main metalwork contractor on the Awly Development, a five-storey mixed-use property in central Christchurch
